Definitions & General Provisions
Platform
"Platform" refers to vd444's website, applications, and all related services through which users can access online casino, sports betting, and other gaming services.
User
"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created a valid account on vd444 and has agreed to these Terms. Each user must be a real individual.
Services

Changes to Terms

Eligibility & Account Registration
To open an account and use any service on vd444, you must be at least 21 years old. If any user creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately closed and all balances in that account may be forfeited.
One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on vd444. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or personal information is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, our support team must be notified immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
Identity Verification
vd444 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the correct documents may result in the account or withdrawals being temporarily suspended. This is done to prevent fraud and ensure the security of your account.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
vd444 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Once a transaction is completed, the balance is generally added to the account within a few minutes.

- Nagad — Mobile financial service of the postal department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase slightly due to verification or security reasons.
Withdrawal Identity Verification
vd444 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. Funds must be withdrawn to the payment method registered on the account. Direct withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted.
Currency & Conversion
vd444 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balance, bonuses, and winnings will always be displayed in Taka.
Transaction Cancellation & Rejection
If unusual activity, suspected fraud, or a policy violation is found in any transaction, vd444 reserves the right to cancel or suspend that transaction and may investigate the matter.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
New members at vd444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, totalling ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, totalling ৳17,000.
Wagering Requirement
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Bonus Validity
Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated on the promotions page. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the validity period ends.
Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system — such as one person collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or fulfilling bonus conditions through coordinated betting strategies — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Other Promotions
In addition to the welcome bonus, vd444 regularly provides various promotions and cashback offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotions page.
VIP & Loyalty Program
vd444 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier.
Bronze Benefits
The entry-level membership tier. Up to 0.4% cashback is available every week. Playing more makes it possible to advance to the Silver tier.
Silver Benefits
The intermediate VIP tier. Up to 0.8% cashback is available every week. Consistent activity makes it possible to reach the Gold tier.
Gold Benefits
The highest VIP tier. Up to 1.2% cashback every week and priority support are available. This is the highest reward for dedicated members.
Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and is provided subject to specific conditions being met. vd444 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time. If you have any questions about a VIP benefit, please contact our support team.
User Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd444 platform:
- Participating in fraud, deception, or any illegal activity
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial management
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software or systems
- Harassment, hate speech, or misconduct toward other members
- Allowing a third party to operate your account
Violating any of the above rules may result in vd444 suspending or permanently closing the account without warning, and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming

In cases of Terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity, vd444 may suspend or close any account without warning. In such cases, funds will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
Limitation of Liability
vd444 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or unforeseen circumstances. However, in such situations we make every effort to protect the interests of our members.
Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs during a game, vd444 reserves the right to cancel or restart the relevant round. In that case, the wagered amount will be returned to the member's account.

Completeness of Terms & Miscellaneous
Language Precedence
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If any translation or version in another language exists and a dispute arises, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
Partial Invalidity
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, all remaining Terms will remain fully valid and in effect.
Transfer of Rights
No rights or obligations of a member under this agreement may be transferred to a third party without the prior written consent of vd444.
Full Agreement
By using the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by all clauses of these Terms.
